This is a case study of developing a business data aggregation system using the open-source software (OSS) no-code/low-code development tool "Prizantor." 【Customer Requirements】 ■ The core system and paper-based management are causing information to be dispersed and making relationships unclear, so they want to aggregate information for centralized management. ■ There is a high risk of human error due to extensive paper documentation, so they want to eliminate paper management. ■ They want to avoid costly modifications to the core system, which would have a wide-ranging impact. 【System Requirements】 ■ A web system that can be used on tablets. ■ Utilization of one-dimensional barcodes currently used in operations. ■ Automatic registration of production machine measurement information. With the introduction of this system, the recording tasks on paper are automatically registered in Prizantor, allowing for the aggregation of managed media and information in Prizantor, thus enabling centralized management.
